為牙體技術所獨立開發客製化進出貨會計系統，完整走過軟體開發生命週期。Built a custom inventory-and-accounting (ERP) system for a dental lab, owned end-to-end.
概述Overview
志明牙體技術所每天都有大量假牙材料與耗材的進貨、出貨與帳務，原本仰賴紙本與人工記帳，容易出現庫存對不上、成本難以結算的問題。我受委託獨立開發一套量身打造的進出貨會計（ERP）系統，把採購、領用、庫存與帳務串成同一條資料流，讓老闆能即時掌握庫存與成本。這是一個真實付費的商業委託案，我從零獨立完成需求訪談到交付的每一個環節。Zhiming Dental Lab handles a high daily volume of dental-material and consumable inbound/outbound transactions and accounting, previously tracked on paper, which made stock reconciliation and cost settlement error-prone. I was commissioned to independently build a tailor-made inventory-and-accounting (ERP) system that threads purchasing, consumption, stock, and accounting into a single data flow, giving the owner a real-time view of inventory and cost. It was a real paid commercial engagement that I delivered solo from requirements to handover.
委託於 2023 年 7 月、同年 9 月完成交付；依委託證明書所載，客戶使用後相當滿意。Commissioned in July 2023 and delivered that September; per the commission letter, the client was very satisfied in use.
功能模組Feature Modules
- 進貨登記：每日進貨品項建檔，自動累加庫存。Inbound logging: daily incoming items are recorded, automatically increasing stock.
- 出貨作業：以關鍵字搜尋品項，可「提前出貨」並自動賦予出貨流水號。Outbound: keyword-search items, issue early shipments, and auto-assign a shipment serial number.
- 即時庫存結餘：每筆交易即時更新結存，避免帳料不符。Live stock balance: every transaction updates on-hand quantity to keep books and stock aligned.
- 結帳表：依日期區間，清楚條列各醫院與醫生之應收帳款。Settlement report: lists receivables per clinic and dentist over a chosen date range.
- 會計分析：先依區域劃分醫院，再以可摺疊介面檢視該院所有帳目。Accounting view: group clinics by region, then drill into each clinic's accounts via a collapsible UI.
- 送貨單列印：一鍵開立當日送貨單並再次核對，日期可選前後五天。Delivery-note printing: one-click daily delivery notes with re-check, selectable ±5 days.
- 醫院資料維護：檢視並新增／修改往來醫院的相關資訊。Clinic records: view, add, and edit information for partner clinics.
- 資料庫匯入匯出與維運：可攜帶資料庫、版本檢查與一鍵更新，並提供偏好設定（字體大小、資料庫與備份路徑）。DB import/export & ops: portable database, version check with one-click update, and preferences (font size, database/backup paths).
