概述Overview
注意力不足過動症(ADHD)的臨床評估,傳統上高度仰賴醫師觀察與量表填答,較為主觀且不易量化。本作品「輔助診斷 ADHD 的動態行為評估系統」嘗試以智慧手錶與治療椅兩端的感測器,同步擷取受測者的生理訊號與動態行為,再以機器學習分析行為特徵,提供一份較為客觀、可量化的輔助評估資料,作為臨床判斷的參考。Clinical ADHD assessment traditionally relies heavily on physician observation and questionnaires — subjective and hard to quantify. This entry, an "intelligent watch and treatment chair for auxiliary diagnosis of ADHD," uses sensors on a smart watch and an assessment chair to simultaneously capture physiological signals and dynamic behavior, then applies machine learning to behavioral features to produce a more objective, quantifiable aid for clinical judgment.
系統構想System Concept
- 多端訊號擷取Multi-point sensing
由智慧手錶量測穿戴端的生理與動作訊號,並由治療椅蒐集受測者坐姿下的動態行為資料。The smart watch measures wearable-side physiological and motion signals while the chair collects seated dynamic-behavior data. - 訊號前處理Signal pre-processing
對原始訊號進行去噪與分段,萃取與專注/躁動程度相關的行為特徵。Raw signals are denoised and segmented to extract behavioral features related to attention and restlessness. - 機器學習評估Machine-learning assessment
以機器學習模型分析特徵,輸出客觀、可量化的輔助評估指標。Machine-learning models analyze the features to output an objective, quantifiable assessment indicator.
